Abstract：Through interview and observation to the college students and new generation migrants labors, it can be observed that with the interaction between different life time and social capital, digital division between two groups can be constructed. The Tree-Branch Model can be applied to describe the relationship between presence and future in the life time of college students. There are many growth points and possibilities during the process, meanwhile the subjects of practice have to take the risk of any choice. They navigate the information from Wechat to get more opportunities for future development. For the new generation labors, the Linear Model can be used to explain their practice in Wechat. Their life time refers to linear process rather than multi-choice. With the interaction between linear life time and limited social capital, their use of Wechat is more limited to entertainment rather than developing opportunities. In this way, different life time between two groups can reflected as digital division in their Wechat practice.
