Abstract：With the development of modernization and urbanization in our country, the rural community of our country is experiencing the crisis of identity. The cultural identity is an important foundation of community integration and community. Public participation is an important factor in building community identity, but how to promote public participation has long been a common problem in urban and rural communities. Especially for the rural areas in western China, how to integrate rural communities is a very difficult problem in the face of the problems of increased mobility, hollowness and lack of public spirit. Mobile Internet has provided a platform for public participation, and media participation has become an important way for peasants to participate in public life in this field. With the help of the revival of the public life of the villagers in the cyberspace, the public participation of the villagers in writing the rural collective memory and the participation of the rural cultural construction have played an important role in the construction of new rural community identity
