Abstract：The innovation in academic system of Chinese sociology is a rather complicated system engineering. In order to achieve this goal, the theoretical limitation of the experientialism and operationalism in the current sociological research should be broken through. In the process of learning from the historical experience of Chinese and foreign sociology, sociological research should be based on the local conditions to take in different elements and absorb all the benefits. And then the new problems need to be faced with and the ideological theory and method principles of sociology should be innovated with the broad academic minds in the multiple academic visions. At the end of Qing Dynasty, some Chinese sociologists achieved the history of academic innovation by comparing China and western countries and understanding the ancient and modern times. The evolvement trends in the contemporary western sociology are reflected as the integration and reconstruction, in which the positive experience is worthy of being learned by Chinese sociology so as to realize the academic innovation.
